Sitting atop Launceston's Windmill Hill (right next door to the pool) with great views of the city and offstreet parking is Windmill Hill Hall.
Also known as Launceston War Memorial Hall, it was the location of Launceston's Software Freedom Day 2006 event, where volunteers and enthusiasts gathered to celebrate free and open source software.
